definitely worth re-blogging lol. lady gaga’s uses contrived propaganda esque tactics to appeal to her fans (undeniably smart) but her vocal talent leaves something to be desired, adele was born with a great voice. and is actually all about the music and less about the show. I respect that more. Just my opinion.

I was the Make-Up Artist for my friend Stef Weiland’s Short film “High Society” This is an extra and very fun stop motion video she did using about 250 maybe more photos she took while i was doing lion make-up on one of her characters. Fantastic. I Love it.

MUA Design Portfolio: Special FX, Concepts, Beauty, & more.

So my tumblr is on my business card and at the top it says I am also a MUA (make-up artist). I have a reel of design work up but no make-up design pictures. I realized this after handing my card to a director who A.) asked me what tumblr was and B.) wanted to see more pictures because he was making an ind. film. Upon considering this, I’m putting up make-up photos. They are from my design portfolio feel free to look, many of the photos are dark so much of my portfolio is subject to change but for now, this will do!

On other notes I’m trying to decide if I want to attend MUD (Make-Up Designory) for their film/television program before I start with my grad apps this upcoming year. I love children but my current full-time as a childcare teacher is beginning to get to me. And I want to enjoy what I do, I feel that’s most important.

I currently auditioned for an ind. film to be filmed in New Haven. We’ll see what happens with that.

So many writing ideas, not enough time to write. Story of my life.
